Home

In the Home page, the Available Tenants are displayed. It shows the list of all customers under a wholesaler account along with their pbx domains.

Account Number and Company Name are also included in the table.

To display the list of all tenants under the wholesaler, the pagination below can be used to show more results in the table. Moreover, for enhanced convenience in locating the tenant, utilize the search field to look by Account Number, Company Name, or domain.

Following the selection of a domain, users will be directed to the CALL FLOW page.

Hardware Order

This page displays the list of all orders that have been raised during the provisioning process. All orders from the customers under the wholesaler are listed here.

MAC

This page exhibits comprehensive lists of MAC addresses belonging to all tenants within the wholesaler's account. Its primary function is to oversee and uphold data regarding the devices linked to their respective MAC addresses. Additionally, it provides insights into the specific extensions associated with each MAC entry. By ticking the "Show Unassigned" checkbox, the list will also reveal the unassigned MAC.
